The inetUSA Knowledge Base is an indexed and searchable database of questions and answers, step-by-step tutorials, and help topics. The Knowledge Base provides a place for you to quickly find the answers to your questions and to contact your inetUSA Customer Support Team if you need additional help.

To use the inetUSA Knowledge Base, just simple follow these simple steps below.

To view Knowledge Base Articles by Category:
  1. Click on a category in the left navigation pane to view a list of articles in the selected category.
  2. Click on an article topic to display the knowledge base article.
To Search Knowledge Base Articles:
  1. Type your search text in the search box at the top of the left navigation pane.
  2. Click the "Go" button to display all articles containing your search term.
  3. Click on an article topic to display the article.
To View All Article Topics:
  1. Click the "View All Articles" link in the left navigation pane.
  2. Click on an article topic to display the knowledge base article.
To Contact Your Customer Support Team:
  1. Click on "Submit Your Question Here" link at the bottom of the left navigation pane.
  2. Enter (or verify) your contact information. Note: Your contact information will be used to respond to your question - be sure you enter a valid name and email address!
