I'm having problems printing out the PDF property listing flyer.

If you are having trouble printing out the PDF property listing flyer, try some of these solutions:

The flyer won't fit on one page
If your flyer doesn't quite fit on one page, you can adjust the "scaling" option to shrink the flyer to fit on the page. You can select this option from your website intranet. Follow these steps to adjust the "Scale Flyer" option.

  1. Select "Property Listings" from the Real Estate menu in your website intranet.
  2. Select "My Property Listings" to view your current property listings.
  3. Click on the "PDF" icon on the far right column for the property listing you want to create a flyer.
  4. Select the "Scale Flyer" option to shrink the flyer until it will fit on your desired number of pages. Click the "Preview Flyer" button to view the new flyer. Repeat this step until you have achieved your desired flyer size.
  5. Click the "Save Flyer Settings" button to save your selected flyer settings. The next time you want to create a PDF flyer for this listing, the system will remember the "Scale Flyer" setting you selected. Also, when your website visitors select the option to download your PDF flyer from your website, it will be created using the settings you've saved.

The edges of the flyer look "chopped off" when printing
Try choosing the "Fit to Paper" option under Page Scaling (on the File, Print dialog box) when preparing to print your Flyer. This option will attempt to make sure the flyer fits appropriately on the paper without chopping off the edges.

I can't open and view the flyer
Your flyer will be created in Adobe PDF format. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the flyer, which can be downloaded at the Adobe Acrobat Website. Click here to go to the Acrobat Download page now.
