How can I create printable property listing flyers?

You can create property listing flyers in PDF format from your intranet AND from your public website. This feature allows you to "scale" your property listing to fit on your desired number of pages. You can also place your company logo or other additional information at the very top of ALL of your flyers.

To create a property listing flyer in PDF format, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Select "Property Listings" from the Real Estate menu in your website intranet.
  2. Select "My Property Listings" to view your current property listings.
  3. Click on the "PDF" icon on the far right column for the property listing you want to create a flyer.
  4. Click the "Preview Flyer" button to preview your flyer using the default settings.
  5. If you are happy with your flyer, you can print directly from the flyer preview. You may also save the PDF file to your computer if you choose.

    If you need to adjust the size of your flyer to fit on a page, close the PDF flyer window and Select the "Scale Flyer" option to shrink the flyer to fit on your desired number of pages. Click the "Preview Flyer" button again to view the new flyer. Repeat this step until you have achieved your desired flyer size.
  6. Click the "Save Flyer Settings" button to save your selected flyer settings. The next time you want to create a PDF flyer for this listing, the system will remember the "Scale Flyer" setting you selected. Also, when your website visitors select the option to download your PDF flyer from your website, it will be created using the settings you've saved.

Adding a Flyer Heading:
  1. Select "Property Listings" from the Real Estate menu in your website intranet.
  2. Select "Property Listing Options"
  3. Scroll down to locate the "Flyer Heading" field.
  4. Type or use the HTML editor provided to create your desired flyer heading. You can use images, formatted text, etc. We recommend that you do NOT use hyperlinks in your flyer heading because they will be displayed on a printed page and therefore not available to click.

Downloading and Viewing an HTML or PDF flyer from your public website:

  1. View the property listings on your public website.
  2. Select any listing from your property listings page. You will be viewing the property listing detail page.
  3. Visitors can select from HTML or PDF flyer format by clicking on their choice at the top of the listing detail page. The PDF format will scale the flyer using your "Scale Flyer" setting. Your "Flyer Heading" (if specified) will be printed at the top of both types of flyers.
