POP3 and SMTP Information for configuring an external mail client
You will need the following information about your email account when configuring an external mail client:
POP3: POP3.yourdomain.com (use your domain name)
SMTP: SMTP.yourdomain.com (use your domain name)
Email Username/Login: Your email login name is your complete email address. You will need to include your email name AND your domain name here (info@mydomain.com for example)
Password: This is your email account password (this password CAN be different than your intranet login password).
Outgoing SMTP server requires authentication: This option should be checked YES.
