How do I update my billing information?

You will need to update your billing information if you've received a new card from your credit card company OR if you'd like to use a different credit card for your account. To update your billing information, just follow the simple steps below.

How to Update Your Billing Information

  1. Login to your Website Intranet
  2. Select "My Account" from the Lifeline menu in your Intranet
  3. Click on "Billing Information" to display the billing information screen. For your security, your credit card number is not displayed on this screen. To update your credit card information, you will need to enter the complete card number and expiration date on this screen.
  4. Make your desired changes on this screen and click the "Update Billing Information" button to save your changes.
