How do I update my Address and Phone Number?
It is very important to keep your contact information updated so that we can contact you. If your phone number or address has changed, please follow the simple steps below to verify and update your information as necessary. You may also call our office using the contact information below - we'll be very happy to help you.
To Verify and Update Your Address and Phone Number:
- Login to your Website Intranet
- Select "My Account" under the Lifeline menu
- Click on "Account Profile" to review your Mailing and Shipping Address information.
- Make any corrections as necessary and click the "Update Information" button to save your changes.
- Click on "Billing Information" to review your Billing Information.
- Make any corrections as necessary and click the "Update Billing Information" button to save your changes.
