I forgot my password! What should I do?

If you have forgotten your username or password, Password Reminder can automatically email it to you. To access the Password Reminder:

  1. Go to your intranet login screen where you would normally enter your username and password.
  2. Click on "Password Reminder" under the Login button
  3. Click the "Send My Password" button to have your password emailed to you

Please note that the Password Reminder will only email your password to the email account that you have setup with your website. If you are unable to access your email to receive the password reminder, click on the "Support Request" link on the password reminder screen for assistance.
