inetUSA Support Requests

inetUSA Customers
If you are an inetUSA website customer, you are automatically logged in when you access the Knowledge Base from your website intranet. The Knowledge Base will "remember" you next time you access it - even if you're not coming directly from your intranet.

If you are seeing this page, it means that you are no longer logged into the Knowledge Base. This can happen if you have deleted your computer's cookies (which we use to "remember" you) since the last time you accessed the Knowledge Base.

To correct this problem and login to the Knowledge Base:
  1. Login to your website intranet
  2. Click on Help on your intranet menu
  3. Click on the "View the Knowledge Base" link

Not an inetUSA Customer Yet?
You can still use the inetUSA knowledge Base to learn about our software and you can submit questions to our customer support team. You will receive your responses via email only. You will not be able to view your previous support requests online at this time.
